Regan Kane, GRI, Broker, has been a realtor with John McDonald Realty since 1998, specializing in residential and commercial real estate. He continues to work in the family business which was started by his grandfather, John McDonald, in 1935. Regan is very involved in his community serving as Bay Saint Louis Rotary President, President of the Hancock County Tourism Bureau, Board Member of the Hancock County Chamber of Commerce, and Chair of the Bay Saint Louis Parks and Recreation Commission. He is married to Jana and they have two children, Ann Pierson and Waring.
Mary Bunch joined John McDonald Realty Co. in 2012. She is the 4th generation South Mississippian in her family to be involved in the real estate field. Her career in investment properties began in the early 1990’s. In 2008, she left the family business and decided to get her real estate license. Mary has been involved in residential, commercial and recreational real estate projects throughout Mississippi. Her initial focus was on recreational, hunting and timber tracts, however, since joining John McDonald Realty Co. she has expanded her focus to residential, multi-family and commercial projects as well. Mary continues to be a top producer in her agency. Mary is the mother of a son and the grandmother of two. She loves living on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, where she returned after living in the Northeast for a few years, to be closer to family and lifelong friends. She is a member of Our Lady of the Gulf Church in Bay St. Louis. Meet Stephanie Guthre – Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent with John McDonald Realty. As the daughter of a highly successful Real Estate professional, Stephanie learned the industry from one of the best. She has over thirteen years of Real Estate experience on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and the Florida Keys. Stephanie graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a BS in Education. She combines her love of the Real Estate industry with her passion for education. Stephanie understands what it is like to stand in her clients’ shoes. Relocating several times, due to her husbands Military career, she has gained first hand knowledge through her personal experience. She prides herself in her passionate and heartfelt drive to serve her clients’ best interests. Stephanie is a native of Bay St. Louis and lives with her husband and son in Bay St. Louis, MS. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys reading, boating, art projects with her son and attending local neighborhood festivals.
Aissa Wiggins is a veteran in the hospitality industry, serving for more than 18 years working for Chambers, tourism bureaus and casinos. She began her career in the tourism and gaming industry in Natchez and in 2006, she was recruited to move to the Mississippi Gulf Coast to serve as group sales manager for the Silver Slipper Casino. In her position there, she was responsible for marketing the Coast bringing thousands of visitors to the region through the group tour market. One of her best attributes is her ability to work across the board with a wide variety of clients from bus operators to residential and commercial prospects. Her passion for “house hunting” turned into a new career for Aissa when she joined the team at John McDonald Realty in 2016. Less than a year later, Aissa had not only earned the respect of her peers as a top producing real estate agent, but she also obtained the designation as an accredited buyer’s representative. Her commitment to the Coast does not stop there. She is active throughout the county serving on the board of directors for the Hancock County Community Development Foundation raising funds through charity events to support more than 20 community causes. And, she also provides leadership to the Hancock Library Foundation. Aissa is one of the founders of the Hancock Chamber Relocation Committee that spear-headed the inaugural Parade of Homes showcasing 38 residential homes for sale throughout the County. In 2011, the Hancock Chamber recognized her for her leadership as one of the Top 10 Outstanding Citizens.

Robert Kane graduated from Louisiana State University in 1969. He has been a Real Estate Broker & Realtor for 37 years serving as a Property Manager & Developer of commercial and residential Real Estate for John McDonald Realty. He is a present Board Member and former President of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Foreign Trade Zone. Appointed to the Hancock County Port & Harbor Commission in 1998, he currently serves as President of the Commission. Mr. Kane serves on the Economic Development, Finance & Budget and Insurance Committees
Brian S. Necaise joined John McDonald realty in 2016. He has been a resident of Hancock County for over forty years. Before joining the team of John McDonald Realty, Brian worked in the casino/hospitality industry for the past twenty years. When he isn’t working with clients he loves spending time with his wife, Judy, and their two daughters, Jaedyn and Brilee and enjoying what the Gulf Coast of Mississippi has to offer.
Jeanne Baxter joined John McDonald Realty in 2013 as a Broker Associate. Jeanne has been a licensed attorney and member of the Mississippi Bar Association since 1999. During her career as an attorney, she worked as an associate at Allen, Vaughn, Cobb & Hood, PA in Gulfport, MS and at Gex and Artigues, PA in Waveland, MS. Jeanne also served as a Staff Attorney for the Eighth Chancery Court District in Gulfport. Jeanne and her husband, John, are actively involved in their community where they enjoy raising their two children, William and Rebecca.
